Photoshop – make brick wall behind a model

Step 4, go to “Filter -> Sharpen -> Unsharp Mask…”, click and apply it, maximize the Amount value to “500%”, make the Radius as “3.0″ pixels and leave the Threshold as default 0 then click “Ok” button;

Step 5, press “D” key to set the default foreground and background color to black and white, and add layer mask to “brick wall” image layer by click “Add layer mask” button on bottom of the “LAYERS” panel;

Step 6, press “X” key to change the foreground color to black, and then press “B” key to active brush tool, brush the mask layer to reveal the model on the image, do not forget to choose a soft brush when you brush the edge of the model to make the soft transitions between the edges;
